December 2nd, 2018 from 6:30-8:30 pm
First Presbyterian Church of Livermore will be hosting an event for parents in the Tri-Valley area, Fact & Fiction discussing drug use and prevalence among adolescents.
A representative of the Drug Enforcement Agency and officers from the Livermore Police Department will give a presentation followed by a time of questions & answers.
This presentation will contain candid & mature information and is intended for an adult audience, though students are welcome to attend if parents believe they are mature enough to be present.
We believe that raising teenagers most faithfully happens in community. Our student ministry is passionate about relationships; an authentic relationship with God; healthy relationships with peers; and an active relationship with a church family. We seek to be a place where students feel comfortable to explore their faith through questions, conversation, and fellowship with peers. Our goal is to strengthen families and share the experience of exploring God’s love in Jesus.
