FPCL Annual Community Impact Golf Tournament

Cost: $195 per player [cost includes 18 holes of golf, cart, box lunch]


Tournament Format:

Scramble [A very fun team format where every player hits, determines which shot is best & then the each person hits the next shot from that location] 
Prizes: For winning teams, longest drive & closest to the pin

After golf social on the patio at the Club Grill at the Wente golf course – golf & raffle prizes will be awarded

Hole Sponsor: $500 
Includes one golfer, advertising at prominent hole of the event as well as inclusion in list of sponsors for event brochure. [$400 tax deductible donation]
Platinum Sponsor: $1,850
Includes a foursome, promotion of your business to those participating in the golf tournament itself as well as to the thousands of people who are part of our collective organizations, advertising & product distribution at prominent hole of the event. [Approx. $1,350 tax deductible donation]
Event Sponsor: $5,000 
Includes two foursome’s. Please let us know if you are interested in event sponsorship. We will contact you with benefits & details. [$4,500 tax deductible donation]
